No, there is no other selection. The number 105,629 has been selected once. It is not going to change. However, not all 105,629 selectees are shown on the website as selected. Only about 60% of them are shown as "selected". The rest about 40% are hidden. The hidden ones see "not selected" when enter the website. Second batch would mean some of those 105,629 selectees who were hidden before would suddenly become open for seeing.
But I hardly beleive that could happen for DV-2013. However, I am almost sure that would happen in a matter of days for DV-2012 (the number 100,021 published visa bulletin forf DV-2012 included a number of hidden wins). So, a huge percentage of those 40% are going to be published as open instead of hidden

لینکی در کار نیست، من توی گوگل سرچ کردم نبود. محاله پابلیک باشه و گوگل ایندکسش نکرده باشه. دو احتمال میدم:
احتمال اول اینکه از یه فروم غیر پابلیکه (که این احتمال کمتره)
دوم اینکه متن پیغام خصوصی یه شخصی هستش. (که احتمالش قوی تره)
