Your medical report is not valid more than 6 months according to the New Technical Instructions for TB . For some cases it may be valid for 3 months.
Check you medical clearence date from your "own personal calender". If your medical expires, US Embassy may ask you to renew your medical report. If it happens you need to go on almost "whole process again" including the Chest X-ray, Physical Examination, Vaccination, "except the blood work", which means you need to make a new web-appointment with us, again. You may need 2 days if there is a need for test repeat or additional test.
