Please be informed that a mistake on my birth day date has been occurred due to converting Iranian calendar to Christian date and also to convert from leap year to normal year, but please be noticed that as all other information of both my internet application and hard copy request (DS230, DSP122) are common only there is a differences on birth day date for one day but the correct date is as follows
09-12-1986

البته بعد از این میل زنگیدم حرف زدم با kcc ودوباره این میل فرستادم
زیر نامه هم مشخصات و نوشتم مثل کیس نامبر اسم تاریخ تولد
ولی نمیدونم جوابشون یعنی مشکلم حل شد یا فقط میلم وتوضیحاتم واضافه کرد به پرونده
