Thank you for your interest in our organization regarding the US medicals. Your appointment is scheduled forXXX XXXX 2013 for XXXX

Below are the details and requirements you will need in doing the medical test.
On the day of the appointment, the applicant should come in the morning for the tests (includes Clinical examination with the doctor, Vaccinations*, X-ray and Lab tests), no need for fasting. The whole examination will take about 2-3 hours.
The results would be ready after two (2) working days, provided the clinical examination, x-ray and blood tests are all normal. Any abnormalities would require further evaluation.
Routine cost (without vaccination) is AED 425 for Adult & AED 250 for Children 14years below. In case of urgent reports, additional charges are applicable.
The need for vaccination is assessed by the physician based on clinical history, gender, age, and past history of vaccination. If vaccination is required charges are added appropriately.
Documents required to be brought along are: original passport, 3 passport size photographs with white background, authentic vaccination record in English (if any) and embassy appointment letter.
