بعدش زدم به سفارت تو لاتویا این جوابا داد:


Please provide a signed statement to KCC indicating that you plan to be in Riga, Latvia during FY 2014 (October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014
). Please also attach evidence from Riga Technical University showing your enrollment & Latvian residency permit copy (if yet available

یعنی‌ باید نامهٔ درخواستمو امضا کنم، به اضافی این ۲ تا بفرستم؟ می‌تونم ایمیل کنم براشون؟

دوست عزیز شما باید یه تأییدیه تحصیلی از دانشگاه به نام verification letter
و کپی از ویزای تحصیلیتون ( یا هر چیزی که تأیید کنه شما اونجا ساکنید) و یه نامه دستی که زیرش امضاء کرده باشین ( البته تایپ کنین بعد با دست امضاء)
برای کی سی سی پست کنین.

If you have detected an error on a form you have already submitted, you can send the corrected information to KCC through regular mail or email. If there are more than one or two minor corrections, you may submit a corrected copy of the forms. You can use photocopied forms or you can download them from http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/forms/forms_1342.html .
