Guidelines to Register an IV Appointment.

• Please visit website : www.usvisa-info.com to create applicant profile and register interview appointment.
• Select option “Immigrant Visa Applicant”
• Click  option 1 “Register”
• Select respective condition applies to your case and click continue.
• Enter user details to create account.
• Select relevant IV service and click “Continue”
• Enter applicant details to create profile.
• Select delivery location from where you want to collect your document / passports after processing.
• System will register scheduled interview appointment as mentioned in letter received from NVC / KCC / Embassy.
• Take print out of appointment confirmation email to bring along at the time of interview.


Process to Courier- in Passports / Documents.
• Please follow below steps if you are instructed to submit Passport / documents to Embassy.
• Sign-in into your account on website: www.usvisa-info.com
• Select option “Consular section instructed me to send more documents “, follow next steps to generate Courier-In Authorization receipt.
• Please click on option “View Courier-In Receipt” and take print out of Courier-In Receipt to submit along with your passport at Empost.
