من هم روز 16 آگوست ، تقریباً 20 روز بعد از دیدن پیغام "Shipment delivered" در سایت TPG به KCC ایمیل زدم ، اما هیچ خبری نشد !
دوباره 19 آگوست ایمیل زدم ، بازهم خبری نشد !
همه اصول نگارش نامه هم رعایت کردم اما نمیدونم مشکل از کجاست ؟ معمولاً چقدر بعد جواب میدن ؟ به من حتی ایمیل اتومات هم ندادن !

من قبلا ایمیل زدم هم ایمیل اتوماتیک اومد و هم جوابم رو دادن ولی ۴ روز پیش ایمیل زدم که تایید کنن که مدارک رو دریافت کردن نه ایمیل اتوماتیک برام اومد و نه جواب دادن فکر میکنم سرشون شلوغه در هر صورت اصلا نباید نگران شد اگر بعد از ۱۰ روز جواب ندادن دوباره براشون ایمیل میزنم به نظر من اصلا نگران نباش

spam folder رو چک کردم نیومده.خیلی نگرانم.من 6 اگوست فرمها رو فرستادم.چه پیشنهادی دارین؟کسی هم شرایط من هست؟

من بعداز اینکه مدارکم رو به kcc فرستادم برای اینکه مطمئن شم مدارکم به دستشون رسیده یک ایمیل براشون نوشتم و اونا هم بعد از یک هفته ، امروز یک ایمیل به من فرستادن. شما می دونین این ایمیل چیه؟

منم که برای چک کردن فرستادم همین ایمیل رو برام فرستادن. باید اول اون سه تا مشخصاتی که خواستن رو تو ایمیلت بنویسی و بعد سوالتو بپرسی.
اون 3تا مشخصات:

مثال برای تاریخ تولد: مثلا روز 16 ماه ژانویه سال 1956 می شه: 01161956

دوستان توجه کنند یبار دیگه خدمت کسانی که هنوز مدارکشونو ارسال نکردن و دلهره ی زمان رو دارن عرض می کنم مدارکتونو از طریق ایمیل هم میتونید به kccdv@state.gov ارسال کنید. این روزا ظاهرا به دلیل ترافیک بالای ارسال ها که دارن دیر جواب می دن ولی حتما جواب ایمیل هاتون میاد. من حتی علاوه بر تاییدیه ارسال مدارک یبار دیگه واسه اینکه از کارم مطمئن باشم یه ایمیل recheck فرستادم و بعد از تقریبا 15 روز جواب دادن و گفتن که واسه زمان مصاحبه به visa buletin تو سایت مراجعه کنم. پس نگران نباشید

من براي اطمينان از اينكه مداركي كه فرستادم از جانب KCC قابل تائيد ميباشد پس از 10 روز ايميل زير را فرستادم و طي 5 روز پس از ارسال، جواب آن را دريافت كردم. در ضمن هيچگونه رسيد اتوماتيك نيز دريافت نكردم.

سلام ,من در کیسم فکر میکنم مشکل پیش اومده,با توجه به اینکه در این سایت دیدم کیس همه با دو حرف AS است ولی کیس من OC خورده بخاطر همین به KCC ایمیل زدم و گفتم :I won the lottery in 2012, My case number with two characters OC and Foreign State Chargeability Australia has been registered, While Iran was registered, eligible and the birthday Iran had recorded .There is problem in my case number? If not , Of whether current Asia or Australia will participate in the interview?
I am from Asia and Iran, Friends who had the winning lottery in the years before their case number with two letters AS and Foreign State Chargeability of Iran..

A "Native" is someone born in a particular country, regardless of the individual’s current country or residence or nationality. But for immigration purposes "native" means someone who is entitled to be "charged" to a country other than the one in which he/she was born under the provisions of Section 202 (b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.



For example, if a principal applicant was born in a country that is not eligible for this year’s DV program, he/she may claim "chargeability" to the country where his/her derivative spouse was born, but he/she will not be issued a DV-1 unless the spouse is also eligible for and is issued a DV-2, and both must either enter the U.S. together on the DVs. In a similar manner, a minor dependent child can be "charged" to a parent’s country of birth.



Finally, any applicant born in a country ineligible for this year’s DV program can be "charged" to the country of birth of either parent as long as neither parent was a resident of the ineligible country at the time of the applicant’s birth. In general, people are not considered residents of a country in which they were not born or legally naturalized if they are only visiting the country temporarily or stationed in the country for business or professional reasons on behalf of a company or government.



An applicant who claims alternative chargeability must include information to that effect on the application for registration. Please contact us again if you need further assistance
