(2015-10-24 ساعت 17:38)alisarvareharchiabi نوشته: چرا انقدر فاصله از کارنت شدن تا زمان مصاحبه ؟ والا نمیدونم. خودشون که درست توضیح نمیدند. اما یکمی بدشانسی شایدم قسمت و و و. موقع DS-260 که رسید، سرورهاشون بهم ریخت... در مورد کیس من اسپانسر با پتیشنر فرق داره که گفتند اینهم تاخیر میده. سفارتم رو هم عوض کردم که شاید اینهم تاخیر داد به کیس... ضمن اینکه خواهرم هم همزمان با من کیس داره در سفارت دیگه و اینها میگفتند که هردو کیس تا حدودی بر هم تاثیر میگذارند از نظر مدت انتظار و ... خلاصه مهم اینه که اومد نامشون... پس اگه کار کسی به تاخیر خورد نگران نشید...

لطفاً دوستان پيشكسوت مراحل اقدام براى ويزاى F2B رو بصورت خلاصه بنويسند از پر كردن فرم I130 تا .... ما هنوز وارد عمه ريكا نشديم ، به محض ورود بايد اقدام كنيم و يا بعد از سوشيال ؟ لطفاً راهنمايى كنيد ، متشكرم
شماره كيس : ***۶ - رويت قبولى ۷ مى - افراد كيس : ٢ نفر - ارسال فرم 12جولاى -،كارنت 12 مى - نامه دوم : بيست مى بود كه دوم جون باز شد!! مصاحبه : نهم جولاى - سفارتخانه : ابوظبى - ويزا : يكضرب
 - مقصد : مريلند - ورود : اواخر نوامبر - سوشیال : یک هفته بعد از ورود - گرین کارت : برای همسرم ۶۵ روز بعد از ورود و برای نفر اصلی هنوز منتظرم!!

دوستان قانون محدودیت سفر بدون ویزا به آمریکا شامل گرین کارتی ها هم می شه؟ یعنی ایرانی هایی گرین کارت دارند باید ویزا بگیرن باز!؟

دوستان عزیز سلام ... تاپیکمون خیلی سوت و کور شده ... امیدوارم همه سلامت و سرحال باشین و پرونده هاتون به سرعت نور پیشرفت کنه .. از خودتون خبر بدین ! اون دوستانی که ویزا گرفتن این مدت بیان بگن و خوشحالمون کنن

دوستان،
بعد از 8 سال انتظار در F2B و 14 سال انتظار قبل از اون در F4 به همراه پدر و مادرم، بالاخره امروز ویزای من صادر شد... انشالله این روز خوش برای همتون بیاد... مسیر پر استرسی هست که یک روز خاطرات شیرینی میشه. من حدود یک ماه در کلیرنس بودم و قبل از اون هم 4 ماه منتظر نامه اینترویو... بعضی وقتها جز صبر کاری نمیشه کرد. البته من قبلا وارد آمریکا شده ام و برای همین آمریکا برای من سرزمین ناشناخته ها نیست ولی میدونم برای بعضی از ماها، تغییر بزرگی هست. تغییر شغل، محل زندگی، تغییر در فرهنگ و باورها، مشکلاتی که به همراه زبان میاد، مشکل اعتماد به نفس و ... خوبه از این مدت انتظار استفاده کنیم و خودمون رو برای این تغییر ها آماده کنیم... برای اونهایی که اهل دلند، همه زرق و برقش یک ماهه یا دو ماه... باید سعی کنیم خودمون رو با تغییرات وفق بدیم و تغییر پذیر باشیم و نگذاریم تنهایی آزارمون بده... خوش باشید دوستان و مرسی از راهنمایی هاتون

مامان من july 2015 برای من اقدام کرد. نامه ای اومد که تاریخ تولد من را اشتباه زده بودند. با تلفن گفتیم. sep 2015 تاریخ تولد درست شد! دوستانی که با من اقدام کرده بودند کیس نامبر براشون آمده. برای من نیامده. معمولا چقدر طول می کشه تا کیس نامبر بیاد؟

After one month, NVC will assign you a specific case number . You can email NVC after one month in order to find out your case number. Regarding F2b category for February 2015 , NVC is processing the cases filed on May 15, 2009 and before: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en...letin.html Unfortunately, I is a long process which could take 7or 8 years from the beginning until congress and president pass a legislation and double the annually-limited visa numbers for family-based preferences. Just bear in mind that during the time you are waiting under F2B for your visa number becoming available, you must not marry. If you marry, your I-130 petition will be revoked and cancelled forever.. As of now, being in F2b category is much better and preferable than being F1. Thus, It is highly suggested and recommended that your mother postpone her naturalization. In the future, If being in F1 is advantageous and better than being in the F2b, your mother would be well-advised to immediately become naturalized after staying in the USA for 5 years( having 30-month physical presence and continuous presence and having good moral character in order to be eligible for naturalization). If you marry while waiting under F2b category, your I-130 petition will be revoked and cancelled forever As of now, being in F2b category is much better and more preferable than being in F1. Hence, It is highly suggested and recommended that your petitioning mother postpone her naturalization until you get your green card if you do not know how to opt out. I exactly know that being naturalized is one of the most tremendous achievements for any GC holders, so the reason that I delay my naturalization until my unmarried adult children get their GCs does not seem plausible. Having said that, your petitioning parents can be naturalized without any concern because getting approval letter to the opt-out request is plain sailing as I myself acquired it when my petitioning parent got naturalized. In the future, If being in F1 is more advantageous and better than being in F2b, your mother would be well-advised to immediately get naturalized after staying in the USA for 5 years (having 30-month physical and continuous presence, having good moral character, and paying taxes, among others, in order to be eligible for naturalization). If you are entertaining the idea of getting married while waiting under F2b, you are authorized to do so only after your mother's naturalization. In this regard, your case is going to change from F2b to F3 with longer wait times, and in this situation you are able to get green cards for your would-be spouse and children being single and under 21 as well . As you know, living in the USA is very difficult indeed for the people above 40, so your mother must be strong, patient and must tolerate all the sufferings resulting from living in the USA Good Luck P.S.
