سلام. همسر باردار هست و تا اواسط ابان فرزندمان بدنیا می اید. با توجه به اینکه فرم 260 رو پر کردیم و ارسال کردیم، این چه وضعیتی رو برای ما ایجاد میکنه؟ به kcc ایمیل زدم یک پیغام به صورت خودکار بهم میده به این مضمون:

The Kentucky Consular Center is a document processing facility, and does not have the authority to tell you whether your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that, at the time of your visa interview. However, we can provide you with the following general guidance, which is also included on the www.dvselectee.state.gov website:

In general –

• If your family circumstances have changed after you entered the lottery, for example, if you have very recently gotten married or had a child, you will need to add your new family members to your case when you and your family fill out your DS-260 application forms. (“Family member” refers to a spouse and/or unmarried children who had not reached age 21 before you entered the lottery.)

• If you had a spouse or children prior to submitting your original entry, but you did not include them on your original entry form, then your case will be disqualified at the time of your visa interview. Neither you nor any of your family members will receive visas. Any fees you pay will not be refunded.

Further information can be found in the Diversity Visa Instructions. Please read the information in this message and all instructions carefully, and decide whether you wish to pursue your application further. If you have additional questions, you may contact KCC by e-mail at KCCDV@state.gov .

When inquiring about the status of your case, you must provide your full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY). For security purposes, KCC cannot reveal any information regarding your case if you cannot provide all the required information.
سوال من اینه که ایا باید درخواست بدیم فرم 260 رو دوباره برای ما باز کنن تا اپدیت کنیم یا نه؟ و خلاصه اینکه روالش چیه؟ با توجه به شماره کیس ما 15XX ، فکر میکنم. زمان تولد نوزاد با زمان مصاحبه تداخل داشته باشه و ما مجبور باشیم برای اینکه مدارک نوزادمون رو هم کامل کنیم، وقت سفارت رو عقب بندازیم. کسی هست که در این خصوص اطلاعاتی داشته باشه؟

سلام دوست عزیز
من هم دقیقا همین مشکل را داشتم وایمیلی که به kcc زدم همین جواب برام اومد چندین بار ایمیل و تکرار کردم و هربار بعد از جواب اتو ریپلای همین ایمیل برام میومد تا خود سایت سفارت رو خوندم با تمام صفحه های زیر مجموعه اون جا گفته که با dv number میشه در فرم تغیرات ایجاد کرد صفحه اول فرم ds260 را باز کنید بالای جایی که اسم خودتون و همسرتون رو زدید می تونید عضو جدیدی رو اضافه کنید با عنوان add aplicant .باید بعد از تولد فرزندتون اون جا یه عضو جدید رو اضافه کنید و مشخصاتش رو وارد کنید

دوستان عزیز سلام ما 10 روز پیش صاحب یک دختر شدیم حالا با توجه به اینکه نمیتونیم اون رو به فرم ds-260 اضافه کنیم . چه کار یباید انجام بدیم وقت مصاحبه ی ماهم بهمن ماهه.ممنون می شم اگه من رو راهنمایی کنید

ما برنده لاتاری 2014 هستیم و به آمریکا رفتیم و گرین کارتمان را گرفتیم و برگشتیم. برای پاس سفید هم اقدام کردیم و انگشت نگاری کردیم و امدیم و الان منتظره دریافت این پاس هستیم. می خواهم بدانم اگر بچه در ایران به دنیا بیاد و شرایطی که لازم هست را رعایت کنیم و برگردیم برای گرفتن گرین کارته بچه چه باید کرد؟آیا برای خروج بچه بدون ویزا در ایران گیر نمی دهن؟ممنون اگر جوابی گرفتی و به ما بدی.
