The appointments in the web page are scheduled in every 5 minutes. But the medical examination is much
longer than to manage only in 5 minutes. This appointment is entering in to the medical examination process.
No need for fasting for tests.
What you need to bring us?
1) Passport (Must be valid in order to start the medical process)
2) Case Number
3) If you are a mother, bring the date of birth for each child in US Calendar format (mm/dd/yyyy)
4) Your medicine(s)
It is not mandatory to bring photos as we take your photo as a courtesy.
If you have a disease in your history you must tell it in advance. If you have a treatment for any chronic
disease, or if you ever had any cancer, any transmittable infectious disease like HIV infection, Tuberculosis
infection, Syphilis and etc; bring your medications, translation of your medical documents and treatment
plan. If you have a psychiatric disease, if you use any medicine for psychological treatment, attention deficit
syndrome, drug (substance) use or induced disorder, addiction, alcohol treatment, if you use sedatives
relaxants, and etc.. Please bring your physicians treatment plan, and both the original and translation of your
prescriptions.
We are not able to use the test results of other medical centers in this specific immigration medical
examination. We may accept some of the vaccination records if they are original prints, in English, and if
they are reliable for us (we reserve the right of accepting or not). Please do not bring us any record other than
original which may be considered as a “fraud” attempt in the immigration procedure. We do not accept those
vaccine cards produced in the last 30 days.
Prior to getting an appointment from the US panel site in Turkey, please be sure that you do not have a
“contraindication” for any portion of the medical process.
If you have a specific health condition, like cancer tell us. If you have other conditions like an active disease,
pregnancy, puerperant and etc., if you have any concern about the vaccines please ask to your own health
provider prior to coming here. You are expected to provide a written consent here both for the Radiology and
blood testing and also for completing the vaccination requirement. We may certainly answer your questions
but we will not try to convince you. That is not our main task. We will give a brake in your procedure in order
to let you have more information talking with your own health provider and to let you come back when you
clear your mind and ready to go forward in your immigration process. An example for this is the Chest X ray
for pregnant. We are not able to skip it. We provide double layered lead shield protector to protect the fetus
but if you have any concern, discuss it with your own physician prior to making an appointment with us as we
are not able to
finalize your medical document without a Chest X Ray. You may decide to postpone the medical process till
the end of the pregnancy. We respect your decision.
You will start from one of the 3 mandatory parts of the standard procedure:
A) Adult (>15th birthday) “2 working days”: Medical Examination and Vaccination, Chest Xray
and Blood
Test. If we find it necessary we may add a drug screening, or additional tests to the medical panel.
B) Child (<15th birthday, >2nd birthday) “4 working days”: “TB Skin Test”, Medical Examination and
Vaccination. 72 hours after the TB skin test (TST) you must bring your child again for the test reading. If the
test result is 10 mm or more, we order a Chest Xray.
We do not apply a TB test on Thursdays. Do not let
your child to have a live vaccine in 4 weeks time before coming here. In that case, we need to tell you to wait
for the next 4 weeks, which is the necessary time interval to apply a TST after a live vaccine. There must be
a time interval of at least 4 weeks between the vaccine and the TST. We are not able to skip the TST test
procedure for your child and we do not accept the test result from another medical center.
If we need to clarify a medical condition, you may need more time. Especially those coming from abroad
should arrange a flexible return flight, please be aware that additional evaluation is not rare.
Our system decides where to start and guides you when you are here. Please do not come here earlier than
your appointment date, but also try to be in time, in order not to cause an accumulation of the applicants
which have appointments after you. The medical examination is better to be completed before the interview
date and the result, together with the other required documents, must be taken to the interview.
At the end of the medical process we provide an extra copy of the Vaccination Record to you besides the
original Vacciantion file in the envelop. Do not leave your copy in the embassy!!! Do not take your copy to
the embassy. It may be asked in USA later, keep it after making several copies for yourself. Take only the
closed file in envelop to the embassy. Also, do not take the chest xray
(digital recorded CD) to the
embassy; a summary report of it will be in your sealed final medical report file. But please do not open the
sealed file and give it to the Embassy.
When you arrive at Ankara (Esenboga) Airport, if you do not have a private transfer, you have 2 options to go
to the city center like most of the other passengers do:
1. Airport bus "BELKO" to downtown (34
USD=7 YTL, pay in the bus in cash)
2. Airport Taxi (around 4550
USD=100 YTL).
Esenboga airport is a small airport and it is 33 km (about 40 minutes in normal traffic). Buses called “BELKO”
moves every 20 minutes to downtown. Stops are, Pursaklar, Intercity Bus Terminal “AŞTİ”, Kızılay (Central
Downtown where you should leave the bus), and Intercity Train Station (GAR).
When you are in the city center KIZILAY ask for “Kuğulu Park”. Getting out of bus if you have no luggage
you may start to walk from the same side of the road to the opposite direction where the bus came. Walk 20
minutes. While you are walking, on the other side of the road, on your right you will see Turkish Parliament,
Russian Embassy, American Embassy (500 meters to our facility), German Embassy, Italian Embassy,
Bulgarian Embassy, Egyptian Embassy and Slovenian Embassy.
Or you may take a taxi across the road to Kuğulu Park. Our building is next to this Park and there is a
bookstore “Dost” besides a unit of Düzen Laboratory under our building. The lab is registered by US Embassy
Ankara for the tests and it is sharing the same building with our practice.

Please do not make more than one appointment for the same applicant as the system may delete both of
them due to "fraud prevention" measures.
Please make an appointment for each applicant, individually, including the infants and children.
The doctor can speak in Turkish, English, and Persian enough for the medical examination (not in the phone
conversation), so there is no need for a translator in the room. If you are making this appointment for your
family members, for your fiancé or for your parents (or others) please be sure that they bring the necessary
documents including the appointment letters both for medical and also for the embassy. Please print the draft
