Important Announcement

An order issued by a U.S. District Court in Washington state on February 3 bars the U.S. government from enforcing certain provisions of Executive Order 13769, “Protecting the Nation from Terrorist Attacks by Foreign Nationals,” including those related to visas and travel for nationals of Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.

The Department of State had, under the Executive Order, provisionally revoked all valid visas of nationals of those seven countries. That provisional revocation is now lifted, and those visas are now valid for travel to the United States for visa holders otherwise eligible. Individuals whose visas are expired, or were physically cancelled, must apply for a new visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate, absent a Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) decision to grant parole or waive the visa requirement at the port of entry. We are looking further into this issue and will revise this site with any updates.

Pursuant to the Executive Order on Protecting the Nation from Terrorist Attacks by Foreign Nationals signed on January 27, 2017, the Department of State temporarily stopped scheduling appointments and halted processing of Diversity Visa applications for individuals who are nationals of Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.

The Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) cancelled all scheduled Diversity Visa interviews for these applicants in February and March 2017. The Kentucky Consular Center or U.S. Embassy will contact those affected to reschedule interview appointments.

KCC will continue to work on in-process cases for these applicants and collect Form DS-260 immigrant visa applications. KCC will review your case file and can qualify your case for an appointment.

We are working closely with the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security and we will provide further updates as soon as information is available.

با این حساب برای همه وقتای کنسل شده از هر نوع کیس مجدد وقت مصاحبه تعیین میکنن. درسته؟
یا باز هم ممکنه دولت دادگاه رو مجاب کنه و دوباره به حالت تعلیق برگرده؟

(2017-02-06 ساعت 03:32)Yasamp نوشته:  سلام ببخشید مادر من وقت واسه هفته آینده ۱۳ فوریه سفارت داشت اما همون نامه لغو وقت مصاحبه هفته پیش براشون اومد .میخواستم بدونم الان که سفارت ابوظبی دوباره کارشو شروع کرده آیا وقت قبلی مادرم که هنوز نگذشته دوباره اعتبار داره یا باید منتظر نامه جدید kccباشیم ؟

مصاحبه ما هم فردا بود که ایمیل فرستادن کنسل شد. دوباره حالا امروز از سفارت تلفن زدن که فردا صبح ابوظبی باشید مصاحبه دارید. ما هم نه مدیکالمون آماده س، نه بلیط، نه هتل...
شما هم فکر کنم مصاحبه تون سر وقت انجام بشه

فعلا ترامپ گفته فرمان من رو تا تاریخ دادگاه تجدید نظر اجرایی کنید ولی درخواستش رو قبول نکردن و تا زمان دادگاه تجدید نظر فرمان اجرایی ترامپ به حالت تعلیق درآمده و کارها به روال قبل پیش میره ولی نتیجه نهایی بعد از حکم دادگاه عالی معلوم میشه که به نفع ترامپ رای میده یا حکمش رو لغو میکنه
فعلا باید دعا کرد و منتظر نتیجه نهایی موند .
