Dear MXXXXXX, AXXXX:
Greetings from US Embassy, Ankara
This is in regards to your immigrant visa application which is being processed at our office. We would like to inform you that your file has been prepared for your interview on:
30-JUN-2014 08:15 (You will be admitted to the Embassy based on your appointment time)
You may use this e-mail message in lieu of an appointment letter.
Before coming to our office for an interview, all immigrant visa applicants need to register their passport pickup location through usvisa-info.com or by calling 0850 252 6355 (from Turkey) / (703) 439-2348 (from the U.S.). Please note that each passport holder needs to register visa pickup location separately. After successful registry, please print the receipt and bring it with you on your interview date.
On the day of your interview, please bring the following documents to our office and hand them to the Consular Greeter in the following order:
· Passport
· Medical report (please visit
http://turkey.usembassy.gov/medical_requirements.html for medical requirements)
· Diploma (original)
· Birth Certificate (Shenasname) (original)
· Marriage Certificate (original)
· Military Card (original)
· Financial Documents (original/translation/copy)
· A copy of all financial documents for all family members is required.
· $330 Diversity Visa application fee per person (please bring exact change).
· If there has been any change in the information provided on the DS-230 Part 1, Part 2 and DSP-122 forms please bring updated forms to your interview.
Please make sure to have all of the documents listed above in your possession on the day of your interview. Failure to submit all of the listed documents will cause delay in your interview process and in the issuance of your visa.
We would like to remind you that additional documentation, information or processing may be required for your file after the interview.
Note: You should never pay for travel arrangements (e.g., airfare, hotels) without having a visa in your possession. The U.S. Embassy accepts no responsibility if you do so. We are able to issue most visas within five business days of interview; however, we are unable to guarantee the issuance of a U.S. visa before a fixed travel date. You risk significant financial losses if you ignore this advice.
