We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your diversity visa application. This year, DV applicants worldwide have had a higher than expected qualification rate, which means that the diversity visa numerical limits have been reached earlier than expected. Selectees for DV 2014 who do not receive a visa prior to September 30 may enroll again for the DV 2016 program in the fall of 2014. In order to be qualified to enter the DV Lottery, you must have either a high school education or its equivalent, defined as successful completion of a 12-year course of elementary and secondary education; OR two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years of training or experience to perform. You must also be a native of a qualifying country for that year. The list of countries whose natives qualify for DV Lottery participation changes every year. To be eligible for a visa, it is essential that the instructions for entry are followed exactly.

All nationalities participating in the Diversity Visa (DV) program are subject to the same guidelines and issuance limitations codified in Section 203© of the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).

سلام، سفارت امريكا خيلي پيجيده و مرموز انه عمل مي كنه، من پارسال وقت سفارت امريكا از ونكوور داشتم، سفير خانمي مسن و با شخصيت بود و با كلي سؤال و جواب گفت جون لاتاري شركت كردي نمي تؤنم ويزا بدم، من هم از گفته سفير خيلي ناراحت نشدم و با خنده گفتم ok. به محض رفتن گفت جون ريلكس بر خورد كردي ، بهت ويزا مي دم و ويزاي توريستي ٣ ماه داد.

جای بسی تعجب داره این سوال! اگه میشد چی میشد! معاملات ویزا در سطح گسترده! میدان فردوسی..... بدو بدو ویزا!!!!!!!!

اگر میشد بفروشیم که عالی بود، ولی نیت من خیره، میگم ویزا رو بدیم به کیسی که مثل ما ناقص ویزا گرفتن،لااقل یه نفر دلش خوش بشه
