Thank you for your inquiry. Your case is pending Administrative Processing. We have no control over this legally mandated process and we have no way to predict how much longer it will take before the Administrative Processing is complete. However, as soon as the Administrative process is finalized your case number will be published in our website at the following link

When your case number appears on our website please come at your earliest convenience with your passport, 221(g)-Additional Information Sheet, and all missing documents to submit your documents for final processing of your case. Please check the validity of the medical exam before submitting your passport. Your visa will be valid till the expiration of the medical exam. If needed please kindly submit new medical exams along with the missing documents.

AFTER GETTING REGISTERED submit your documents to the CSC office UMAKS service location, 27 Amiryan st. Yerevan from Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, excluding Armenian holidays, presenting the courier in authorization along with this letter at the courier location.
If your visa application is approved, your visa with your passport and the completed visa packet will be delivered to you at the UMAKS service location. If your visa application is not approved, the Consular officer will inform you in writing and provide information on the next steps.
You can confirm if your visa is ready to be picked up at
https://ais.usvisa-info.com/. Select the country where you applied for your visa, and access your account using your email address and password that you created when scheduling your visa appointment. Your waybill number and the delivery status will appear on the “applicant summary” screen.
Applicants can also designate third parties to drop off and pick up their passports for them by providing a letter of authorization signed by the applicant that contains the third party’s full legal name and a photocopy of the applicant’s identification (passport or national ID card).
