با سلام. من دو سال پیش لاتاری قبول شدم. و الان آمریکا هستم. امروز خواهر زاده ام زنگ زد که آن هم قبول شده. من از آمریکا کیس نامبرده آن رو وارد کردم. و نامه قبولی اش رو دیدم. متاسفانه از آن موقع اجازه ورود به سیستم رو نمی ده و پیغام می ده که اکانت لاک شده است. کسی می دونه اشکال چیه ؟

The Kentucky Consular Center in Williamsburg, Kentucky has registered and notified the winners of the DV-2017 diversity lottery.  The diversity lottery was conducted under the terms of section 203© of the Immigration and Nationality Act and makes available *50,000 permanent resident visas annually to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States.  Approximately 83,910 applicants have been registered and notified and may now make an application for an immigrant visa. Since it is likely that some of the first *50,000 persons registered will not pursue their cases to visa issuance, this larger figure should insure that all DV-2017 numbers will be used during fiscal year 2017 (October 1, 2016 until September 30, 2017).

Applicants registered for the DV-2017 program were selected at random from 12,437,190 qualified entries (19,344,586 with derivatives) received during the application period that ran from noon, Eastern Daylight Time on Thursday, October 1, 2015, until noon, Eastern Daylight Time on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.  The visas have been apportioned among six geographic regions with a maximum of seven percent available to persons born in any single country.  During the visa interview, principal applicants must provide proof of a high school education or its equivalent, or show two years of work experience in an occupation that requires at least two years of training or experience within the past five years.  Those selected will need to act on their immigrant visa applications quickly.  Applicants should follow the instructions in their notification letter and must fully complete the information requested.

Registrants living legally in the United States who wish to apply for adjustment of their status must contact the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services for information on the requirements and procedures.  Once the total *50,000 visa numbers have been used, the program for fiscal year 2017 will end.  Selected applicants who do not receive visas by September 30, 2017 will derive no further benefit from their DV-2017 registration.  Similarly, spouses and children accompanying or following to join DV-2017 principal applicants are only entitled to derivative diversity visa status until September 30, 2017.

با دیدن این پست داغ دلم تازه شد صد در صد مطمئن باشید تعداد 3500 کیس از 4500 کیس برنده  از این قبول شدگان ایرانی همینطور عشقی و الکی توسط دوست و فامیل و آشنا ثبت نام شده اند و قبول شده اند این تعداد برنده که عرض می کنم به سه گروه از هموطنان تقسیم می شوند یک عده اصلاً انگار نه انگار که برنده شده اند و کلاً بی خیال! و عده ای دیگر نیز در خواب و رویا بسر می برن و کاملاً بدون انگیزه و هدف فقط تو این فکرند که بریم؟.... نریم؟و اما گروه سوم اصلاً آهی در بساط ندارند بطوریکه حتی هزینه رفتن به کشور ترکیه یا امارات برای مصاحبه را هم نمی تونند جور کنند. واقعاً متاسفم برای چنین سیستم قرعه کشی!......

سلام به همه ي دوستان عزيز و برندگان ‎...‎
نزديك به دو هفته است كه فهميدم با كيس نامبر ‎2xxx‎ برنده شدم و بعد از دو روزي كه تازه فهميدم لاتاري چيه و گرين كارت چيه
و اسمم از كجا دراومده ( خواهرم همراه با دوستاش اسم نويسي كردن و اسم من و اعضا ي خانواده مون رو هم نوشته بود كه اسم من دراوومده ) بلاخره چند روز پيش فرمم رو ارسال كردم و با اينكه  شايد سنم ‎( 32‎ سال ) براي مهاجرت و .. دير باشه و از طرفي هم بيزينس خودم رو اينجا  دارم و دوسش دارم ‎...‎  تصميم گرفتم برم و بعد از دوماه كه موندم تصميم جدي تر و دقيق تري بگيرم ‎...‎ بگذريم ..
مشكل من و خيلي از عزيزاني كه بدون هدف قبلي برنده ميشن شرايطه ‎...‎ زبان .. دوست و فاميل در امريكا .. و كار هستش ‎...‎
نميدونم كجا بايد پيشنهادم رو مطرح ميكردم ‎...‎ برا همين ديگه همينجا مطرحش كردم ..
‎1 .‎ از مديران سايت خواهش ميكنم تاپيكي براي جمع شدن برندگان امسال ايجاد كنند ، كه كساني كه ميخوان تنهايي سفر كنن .. پس از هماهنگي با هم برن .. حداقل اينجوري مشكل تنهايي ندارن و در كنار هم شايد بهتر از پس مسايل بر بيان ..
‎2 .‎ امكان گذاشتم شماره تلفن توو پست عمومي براي ارتباط گيري بين برندگان هست ؟ خلاف قوانين نيست ؟
‎3 .‎ امكان ساخت كانال يا گروه  تلگرامي و معرفيش بصورت عمومي در اينجا هست ؟ .. با قوانين مغايرت نداره ؟

يه نكته اي رو عرض كنم خدمت عزيزاني كه شديدا انتقاد ميكنن كه چرا يه عده ايي بدون هدف ثبت نام ميكنن براي لاتاري و شانس بقيه رو ميگيرن :
1. دوستان .. اين كه شما با كلي هدف و شايستگي انتخاب نشدين و يكي مثل من كه اصلا براش مهم نبود قبول شده ،‌حتما براتون خوشايند نيست ، حقم دارين ... اما اين اعتقاد كه كسي كه بي هدف شركت كرده حق شما رو خورده به نظر منطقي نيست .. و از اون بدتر نوشتن جملات اعتراضي و تنده .. شرايط شما بزرگواران قابل درك هست .. اما كمي سعه ي صدر به خرج بديد لطفا ...
2. خيلي از اتفاقا تو زندگي قابل پيش بيني نيست .. بايد ببيني چي پيش مياد .. بر اساس اون تصميم بگيري كه چه كني ... من هيچ وقت حاضر نبودم و نيستم كه براي مهاجرت اپلاي از يه دانشگاه تو ام ري ك ا بگيرم و كلي هزينه كنم و 4 سال سختي به خودم بدم ... لاتاري هم چيزي نبود كه بشه بر اساسش برنامه هاي زندگي رو تغيير داد ... براي همينم هميشه مقوله مهاجرت برام كنسل بود .. اما الان كه از طريق لاتاري برام پيش اومده ... بهش فكر مي كنم و با چند نفري هم كه صحبت كردم ( روانشناس ، مهاجر مقيم ، مهاجر بازگشته به ايران ) همگيشون معتقد بودن كه هر چند كه مجرد بودن و داشتن فاميل و تسلط به زبان و .. نقاط قوت براي يك مهاجره .. اما مهاجرت يه مسئله ي كاملا شخصي و نسبتا سختيه .. برو چند ماهي بمون و بعد تصميم دقيق بگير .. فقط پل هاي پشت سرت رو خراب نكن كه اگه خواستي بتوني برگردي ايران ...
3. سال اولي بود كه شركت ميكردم ( در واقع كس ديگه ايي اسمم رو نوشت و شركتم داد ) و اسمم دراومده ،‌ ولي از چيزايي كه تو اين چند وقته خوندم ،‌ بعيد ميدونم شانس مطلق باشه ، هر احتمالي از فيلترينگ تصوير و ... محتمله .. ‌
در آخر براي خودم و اونايي كه انتخاب شدن آرزو ميكنم كه روزها و سالهاي آينده كه حتما هم روزاي سختيه رو با لطف خدا پشت سر بذاريم .. براي اونائي هم كه انتخاب نشدن بهترينا رو ارزو ميكنم از زندگي خوب همينجا تاااااا برنده شدن در لاتاري 2018 ..

دوست عزيز شما با اين روحيه و طرز تفكر نسبت به ايران گمون نكنم بتونين يك ماه اينجا تحمل كنين. اينجا هم خبري نيس، خيلي خدا بهتون رحم كنه كه خيابون نشين نشين اولش و دست به هر كاري كه فكرشو بكنين بزنين تا گرسنه نمونين، همجا اسمون يكرنگه بستگي داره چطور اونجارو تجسم كنين. اول رضايت خاطر خودتون نسبت به زندگي كردن و حيات بدست بيارين بعدش به فكر مهاجرت باشين. اينجا بخاي بياي بايد شلوار كُردي پات باشه تا خشتكش پاره نشه چون قدم خيلي بزرگيه كه در درجه اول يك روحيه خوب ميخاد .
