سوال خوبی پرسید دوست عزیزمون. کسی میدونه؟ البته اگه گذرنامه تان زیر 6 ماه اعتبار داشته باشه (مثلا 5 ماه) اجازه خروج از کشور نمیدن انگار؟

مشکلِ یکی از دوستامونه که ایران نیست ولی داره میاد .مصاحبش اگه احتمالاً آخر مارچ بیوفته ایشون آگست گذرنامه اش منقضی میشه میخواد ببینه از الان ببره که تمدید کنن با توجه به اینکه 7 ماه اعتبار داره تمدید میکنن یا نه میگن حتماً باید کمتر از 6 ماه اعتبار داشته باشه واسه تمدید؟

ما که توی قسمت petitioner اسم برنده اصلی رو نوشته بودیم ، آفیسر هم ازمون تشکر کرد و گفت پرونده اتون کامله و همه چیز اوکی هست!

دیگه خودتون تصمیم بگیرید! ( البته ما اسپانسر نداشتیم ) شاید اگر کسی اسپانسر داشته باشه اوضاع فرق کنه! در هر صورت اگر اسپانسر ندارید N/A نزارید اسم برنده اصلی رو بنویسید و خیالتون راحت باشه چون فرمهای ما بدون اشکال بود. موفق باشید.

من هم گذرنامه ام 8 ماه اعتبار داشت به توصیه دوستان تعویض کردم، افسر اداره گذرنامه هم گفت زیر یکسال تعویض میکنیم

فرم 230 مخصوص لاتاری نیست و برای تمام کیس های ویزای اقامتی از جمله اقامت از طریق همسر , پدر و مادر , خواهر و برادر , کار , سرمایه گذاری و لاتاری باید برای هر نفر جداگانه پر شود.petitioner به معنای درخواست کننده , شخصی است که از طریق آن فرد برای اقامت اقدام شده است .به عنوان مثال خانمی که سیتیزن آمریکا است برای پسر خود و خانواده پسرش در ایران درخواست ( petition ) اقامت میدهد.تمامی اعضای این خانواده در فرم 230 در بند مربوط به petitioner اسم و آدرس این خانم را مینویسند.
در بین حالات مختلف ویزای اقامت , ویزای لاتاری و سرمایه گذاری ویزاهای self petition هستند که در لاتاری شخص برنده و در سرمایه گذاری شخص سرمایه گذار petitioner محسوب می شوند.
حالا دوستانی که n/a یا هر چیز دیگری زده اند و آفیسر ایراد نگرفته است احتمالا آنرا ایراد جزیی در نظر گرفته و نیازی به تصحیح ندیده است.

به نظر من این قضیه ربطی به مدت زمان اقامت ایشون نداره و من هم موافق با این نظر هستم که petitioner همون برنده اصلی است.

ببينيد مثلا شما كه سالهاست در ايران زندگي كرديد قطعا بيشتر از يك افغاني، از قوانين و اصطلاحات جاري در ايران سر در مياريد

اتفاقا نخیر!
در برخی امور که به طور خاص مربوط به یک پرونده مهاجرته، چون یک فرد مقیم چندین ساله ممکنه اون پروسه رو طی نکرده باشه الزاما اطلاعات درست و دقیقی از موضوع نداره.
خود شما الان میدونین یک شهروند افغانی که از بد روزگار گرفتار ما ملت مودب، محترم و میهمان دوست!!! شده، چه مراحلی رو باید طی کنه برای دریافت کارت اقامت، اجازه کار و غیره؟

من گفتم اصطلاحات و روند جاري و اداري كشور، نه قوانين مهاجرتي
بالاخره شما بيشتر از يه افغاني سر از امور جاري كشورمون در مياريد ديگه، واژه پتيشنر هم اصطلاحيه كه ما اولين بار در فرم ها ديديم اما يه شهروند امريكايي آشنايي بيشتري با فرهنگ اونجا داره

دوست گرامی عینا همین ایمیل دیشب برای برادر من اومده بود و ایشون اصلا تو لاتاری شرکت نکرده بود!!!!! این ایمیل ها کلاهبرداری هستند. به هیچ عنوان پولی بابت این قضیه به هیچ جا ندید. نکته جالب اینه که شماره تلفن منزل و مشخصات فردی دقیق رو هم نوشتن تا واقعی تر جلوه کنه.فکر میکنم از 118 یا شاید هم از سایت هایی که ثبت نام کرده بوده اطلاعاتش رو به دست اورده باشن.

مدارکی که در روز مصاحبه باید با خود به سفارت ببرید عبارتند از:
اصل گذرنامه + یک نسخه کپی از تمام صفحات آن
اصل شناسنامه + ترجمه آن + یک نسخه کپی از تمامی صفحات شناسنامه + یک نسخه کپی از ترجمه آن
اصل مدرک ازدواج یا طلاق + ترجمه آن + دو نسخه کپی از تمام صفحات آن + دو نسخه کپی از ترجمه آن
اصل آخرین مدرک تحصيلی در صورت دارا بودن مدارک فوق دیپلم به بالا + اصل دیپلم (برابر گواهی ١٢ سال تحصيل
که برای ایران شامل دیپلم + پيش دانشگاهی می شود) + ترجمه های این مدارک
اصل کارت پایان خدمت یا معافی + ترجمه آن
نامه دوم یا پرینت جواب ایميل کی سی سی که در آن روز مصاحبه مشخص شد هاست
۵× ترجيحاً ۶ قطعه عکس ۵
گواهی عدم سوء پيشينه (البته برای ایرانيان داخل کشور نيازی نيست) که اگر در کشور دیگری غير از ایران هستيد

گذرنامه اعتبار داره، خوب؟ روزی که میری مصاحبه باید حداقل 6 ماه از اعتبارش مونده باشه...
