دوستان خواهش می کنم من نیاز فوری به کمک شما دارم، من ایمیل زدم به سفارت آمریکا در خصوص پروندمون، در جواب زدن پدر و مادر و برادر من کارشون درست شده و می تونند بیان گرین کارتشون رو بگیرن ولی در خصوص من ( ارسیا ) نوشتن پرسشنامه ای رو دادند که من جواب ندادم در حالیکه اصلا ارسال نشده بود و این سوالات رو فرستادند، لطفا کمکم کنید که قضیه چیه و جواب ها رو چجوری بفرستم :

We are glad to inform you that your husband’s administrative processing is completed and your case number will be announced on our website today. You, your husband and Bardia can return to the Embassy any Monday through Thursday between 10:30am and 12 noon along with your passports, new medical reports and purple refusal sheet. ARSIA on the other hand was sent a questionnaire which we have been waiting since June for the answers. His administrative processing won’t be started until we receive those answers. Please have him answer the following questions and send us the answers as soon as possible.

As a part of your administrative processing, you are requested to provide our office the following information:

1. Your name, case number and other family members who will be traveling with you.
2. State whether you plan to permanently live in the United States or travel back and forth between your country of origin and the U.S. Please provide the name of the port of entry at which you plan to enter the U.S. with your immigrant visa.
3. List your research and/or business interests and whether you intend to continue this line of research or business in the U.S. If you do plan to continue, state how and where.(The street address(es), Web site address(es), phone numbers of, and points of contact at, the organizations, institutes, and/or companies the applicant intends to visit in the United States (applicants going to academic institutions or conferences should give the name of an academic contact, not the name of the foreign student advisor);
4. Please list detailed descriptions of your proposed research or work plans in the U.S., if any and also please include a statement of purpose of your travel to the U.S
5. List your entire employment background. (List the most recent employment first and include specific duties and responsibilities.)
6. Please list your entire educational background, including dates attended, degrees received, projects worked on, names of professors you worked with, and any publications you wrote. Please provide
- Complete list of publications of the applicant (and, if accompanying please provide your spouse’s publications too)
- List of references in your country of birth or residence
7. List all overseas travel you have made, most recent trip first.
8. Name who or which organization will be funding your travel to the United States. Please provide
-Letters of invitation from the United States sponsor;
-etters of recommendation from a United States source or from abroad;
-Letters of support from the financial sponsor;
9. Export license number (or, if pending, an export license application number) covering the activity in the United States (if relevant and available)
10. Mother name, Father name, Date and place of birth.
You may send your message to the e-mail address ca-ankara@state.gov . Your subject line must read “ivadminprocessing” (no space between letters).
Please also attach an electronic copy of your CV (and if your spouse is accompanying you, please provide your spouse’s résumé too) to your e-mail.
Please do not enter any data in tables in your email message. We will appreciate if you can provide the information to us in a plain text.

خب براشون بنویس سوال ها رو دوباره برات بفرستن و ببین به کجا دارن میفرستن اگر باز به دستت نرسید باز بهشون ایمیل بزن بگو به دستت نرسیده

پ.ن بهترین کار اینه که بهشون زنگ بزنی چون سریع تر به جوابت میرسی اگر انگلیسی هم بلد نیستی زنگ بزن بهشون بگو میخوای با یکی که فارسی بلده حرف بزنی همین .

والا من اصلا تا حالا همچین چیزی ندیده بودم اما بهترین کار زنگ زدن و از خود سفارت پرسیدن زنگ بزن بپرس این کار برای چی لازمه و حتی بگو که قبلا برای من نیومده بوده این حق رو داری که اعتراض کنی چون توی این نامه نوشته تازه وقتی جواب سوال ها رو دادی پروسه تو شروع میشه حالا کی تموم میشه خدا میدونه.

این اتفاق متأسفانه زیاد میفته، حتی داریم به خانم ویزا دادن ولی به شوهرش ندادن، تازه خانم هم مجبور شده بره که ویزاش باطل نیشه منتظر همسرش بمونه. خیلی از بچه های لاتاری درگیر این موضوع بودن.
حالا جای نگرانی نیست، شما پاسخ بدین امید به خدا زود ویزاتون آماده میشه.

دوست عزيز چرا دست دست ميكنى سريعا جواب بده به همراه cv بفرست، از من هم روز مصاحبه cv خواست منم از قبل آماده داشتم دادم بهش يه نگاه انداخت و بهم پس داد.

يكى از بستگان كه f3 بودند ٤ماه بعد از مصاحبه خانم و دخترش كلير شدند و خودش ايميل زده بود كه من و پسرم چرا كلير نشديم ازش مثل شما اين سوالات و cv را خواسته بودند كه اونم فرستاد يه ماه بعد پسرش و دو ماه بعدم خودش كلير شدند.

حالا با توجه به اينكه پروسه لاتاري ٢٠١٤ رو به اتمامه، احتمالا من هم بايد بيام و عضو فعال اين تايپيك بشم ;-)
حالا ميشه بگيد از زمان پر كردن فرم I-130 تقريبا با اين شرايط كيس من كه ي نوزاد 3 ماهه دارم حدودا بايد چقدر منتظر باشم؟

اولا که ایشالا شما هم کلیر میشی و موضوع حل میشه ولی احیانا اگر نشد یکسر به تاپیک بازماندگان لاتاری بزن سوالات بسیاری پاسخ داده میشه. از نظر زمانی هم بین ۲ تا ۳ سال طول میکشه. امضای منو ببین.
