اخراج شدن و اخراج کردن

to let somebody go برای اینکه از عنوان کردن مستقیم کلمه اخراج دوری کنیم
to fire somebody
to lay somebody off معمولا برای تعدیل نیرو استفاده میشه، وقتی که کار و درآمد نیست
to make somebody redundant اخراج بدلیل اینکه دیگه نیازی به آن نیرو نیست
to discharge somebody خلع کردن از شغل، برای جاهای نظامی استفاده میشه
to ease somebody out اخراج کردن به نحوی که استعفا جلوه کنه. یعنی طرف رو وادار کنی استعفا بده
relieve somebody of their post/position برکنار کردن یک نفر از یک پست مهم بدلیل خطایی که کرده - استفاده رسمی و محترمانه
