سلام بچه ها من 1هفته پیش به kcc ایمیل زدم ببینم فرمهام رسیده یا نه البته من 5 هفته پیش مدارکم را پست کردم اما چون بچه ها گفتن حجم کاری اونها زیاده الان ایمیل زدم ببینم مدارکم رسیده یا نه اصلا نکنه مشکلی داشته باشه مدارکم یاکه نرسیده باشه انوقت منم خواب بمونم .
اونها این جواب را برای من فرستادن بلافاصله بعد ایمیل خودم .خواهش می کنم به من بگید این یعنی چه من باید با وجود 1هفته صبر بازم صبر کنم یا اینکه مشکلی وجود داره آخه زندگیمو تعطیل کردم برای لاتاری اینهام هیچ جوابی نمی دن خواهش می کنم از اونایی که تجربه دارن یا اطلاع دارن به من بگن من چه کار کنم صبر کنم نگرانیم بی مورده ؟ لطفا کمک .........

شما وقتی یک ایمیل میزنید بلافاصله ایمیل اوتماتیک میاد بعد تقریبا 1 هفته طول میکشه جواب بدن
فقط صبر کنید

با سلام
در ثبت نام اولیه تاریخ تولد رو اشتیباه زده بودم و حواسم نبود و فرم ها رو با اطلاعات صحیح پر کردم و ماه پیش با پست فرستادم.
و چند بار به kcc ایمیل زدم در خصوص رسیدن مدارک . که هر بار میگفتن اطلاعات مچ نیست. تازه یادم اومد که تاریخ تولد اشتباه بوده( اولیه)

هفته پیش ایمیل فرستادم که اشتباه صورت گرفته و صحیحش این هست و kcc هم گفت که ما نمیتونیم اطلاعات اولیه رو اصلاح کنیم و شما فرم ها رو با اطلاعات صحیح پر کنید...

حالا سوال من اینه که من قبلا (1.5 ماه پیش ) فرم ها رو با اطلاعات صحیح پر کردم و فرستادم.... حالا چی کار کنم؟؟
